The Iowa State Patrol reports that the incident occurred when Andrew lost control of the utility terrain vehicle, which veered into a ditch. A juvenile passenger was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash and was transported to a nearby hospital with suspected injuries. Authorities have stated the investigation remains ongoing.
