Preliminary reports indicate that Chambliss’s vehicle was moving at a high rate of speed when it was sideswiped by the Chevrolet Equinox, driven by 46-year-old Miguel Andres Munive Rangel of Doswell. The impact caused the Mercedes to lose control, overturn, and ultimately come to rest on its roof in the middle lane of the interstate.
